Welcome to BookZone the place where you can find out about new and not-so-new authors and get a feel for their book before making a purchase. This site has evolved from the original Blogstore idea on blogger in November 2005 to this newly stylized book promotion blog on WordPress. As an author, publisher, avid reader and former street vendor—this is my way of staying connected to the book community, using everything I’ve learned from wearing all three hats to create a place beneficial to authors, readers, publishers and bookstore owners.
In accordance with FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials for bloggers, I would like my readers to know that the books introduced/reviewed on this site are either personal purchases, left over inventory, discovered on the web or provided to me for free by the publisher, publicist or author of the book in exchange for an introduction and/or honest review. I am in no way compensated for any reviews on this site.
A self-hosted site (of which I have several) comes with yearly hosting fees so you will find affiliate links and graphic ads herein. If you make a purchase after clicking on a link or graphic ad, I will receive a small commission as the referrer.
Hope you enjoy your time here at the BookZone and discover intriguing new books and authors.
